What is HRD attestation?

HRD attestation refers to the act of verification of educational papers or documents. The right to attest the transcripts and academic records has been given to every State's human resource department and the regional authentication center under the State's Department of Education. The Ministry of human resource development has given the authority of attestation to the human resource department. HRD attestation is then followed by attestation results as proper verification of any certified copy.

For HRD attestation, one needs to submit the original degree certificate to the HRD office along with a copy of the mark sheets or transcripts, a copy of the job offer letter, a copy of the passport, and two passport-size photographs.
